I did a rafting trip on the Tuolumne River in July. It was pretty and the guides were great but the water was low and the hillsides were pretty dry. I'd like to see it in the spring when the river is higher and the flowers are out. |

I did an overnight raft trip on the Main Tuolumne in late April. It was amazing. This river runs just outside of Yosemite National Park. There were tons of wildflowers and the scenery was breath taking. The whitewater was absolutely awesome. Tons of big powerful rapids. I was exhausted after the weekend. The guides at ECHO River Trips were great. The great thing is that it's only a short distance from San Francisco so I'm definitely going rafting on the Tuolumne River again. |
