I spent 10 days camping in early July at this beautiful NFS camp ground. I did 5 runs in my 12' and 14' Soar self bailing IK's. The water level was perfect and a couple of class 3 rapids made it exciting. It is a beautiful and pristine river. Some days not more than 5 cars passed along the river road. Get here as early as possible. June would probably be better.
