This was my first time of whitewater rafting and I have to say I was nervous, as I am sure everyone is. When we were all done......I wanted to go again. What a rush!!! Marshall with Allstar Rafting was our guide and he made the trip enjoyable. Not only did he put up with super soakers from other people in our group, but also gave us alittle history lesson on the area. We will be back again next year. Every year we drive down from Portland for a day of rafting on the Deschutes River. Wapinitia Rapid and Oak Springs are my favorite rapids on the trip. If you're looking for something to do on a hot sunny summer day...this is it. |
