Adventure Calls Outfitters, Inc. General Policies
Important Points To Remember
Make Reservations Early.
No reservation is secured without a 50% deposit payable within 10 days.
Deposits are non-refundable, only transferable with a minimum of 14 days prior notice.
People who do not show up forfeit their payment.
You should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the trip departure time.
Water levels permitting, trips will leave promptly at the scheduled time, with or without you.
The length of time spent on the river can vary depending on a number of factors. It is not a good idea to make firm plans to be somewhere after
rafting.
A pre-trip safety talk precedes every trip.
Alcohol is not allowed on any Adventure Calls activity. If you appear to be under the influence of any mind altering substances, you will not be allowed to participate and will forfeit all monies paid.
Pregnant women past their first trimester should not raft.
We may deny access to the river to some younger children at higher water levels. We also may deny access to the river to individuals who are grossly overweight due to safety concerns or low water levels.
Safety is always our #1 priority. However, as with any outdoor activity, there are inherent risks involved in the sport of whitewater rafting. All participants will sign a liability release form. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the signature of a responsible guardian as well. |

Cancellation/Reservation Policies |
 |
Please Note!
Due to the lack of consideration on the part of a few, we are forced to strictly enforce our deposit policy. As of January 1, 2003, if you are making a reservation with us for any activity, a 50% deposit will be mandatory within 10 days of your original request. If payment is not made, your reservation will be canceled. The only exception to this policy will be for group leaders who have built a dependable relationship with us over the last 20+ years. |
