Cascade Raft and Kayak General Policies
Be prepared to get wet on our trips! For warmer days, we suggest quick-drying shorts, T-shirts, sunglasses, sunscreen, and river sandals or tennis shoes that can get wet. For cooler days or evening trips, be sure to bring dry clothes to change into after the trip. There are changing rooms and bathrooms available at the Cascade Raft River Center. Coast Guard-approved life jackets, paddles, helmets (where applicable), and splash jackets are provided for each guest. Your total comfort and safety is our primary concern.Photos
An action-packed set of photos will be captured by our professional whitewater photography staff during your trip. Visit our photo hut immediately after your trip to pick out your favorite images. The photo staff will try to shoot every raft trip, but please let us know if you have any special requests. |

Cancellation/Reservation Policies |
|
Call early to make your reservation. A %50 deposit is required to hold your spot on day trips. This deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel within two weeks of the scheduled trip, or arrive with fewer than your reserved spaces. There is a 10% re-booking fee for any resheduling. Prices do not include sales tax. |
