Orange Torpedo Trips General Policies
Multiple Day Trips
oAll trip reservations must be received via phone or email.
oTrip reservation is not considered valid until deposit has been paid. All major credit cards and checks are accepted for deposits and full payments.
oA valid credit card must be kept on file for all trip bookings.
oValid mailing address, contact phone number and email address are also required for all bookings.
oFull trip payment is due 120 days prior to trip departure date. All guests will receive an email notification 5 days before payment date. We will automatically charge the card on record 120 days prior to departure date unless otherwise notified. We must have either a check or card payment at the 120 day deadline. If trip is not paid in full the reservation will be subject to cancellation by Orange Torpedo Trips.
oPlease refer to individual trip details for prices and deposit amounts.
o“Exclusive” trip bookings:
oA group must pay for the listed minimums per river to have an exclusive trip, regardless the total number of guests

oFor every 10 full paid fares the group will receive the 11th person for free.
1 & ½ Day Trips
oAll trip reservations require valid: name, mailing address, and credit card.
oThere is no deposit required for trip reservations
oAll 1 & ½ day trips require a minimum of 4 reservations on the Rogue River and 6 reservations on the Klamath and North Umpqua rivers or the trip is subject to cancellation. If insufficient numbers occur you will be able to reschedule or have a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Multiple Day Trips
o 120 + days prior to departure date all deposits are forfeited and can be reapplied 100% to any Orange Torpedo Trip adventure for 1 full season. After the following season that trip credit will be dismissed.
o Less than 120 days to departure date: All deposits and trip fees will be forfeited.
o Trip cancellation insurance is available on an optional basis.
o Insurance protects against family, medical, and in route travel emergencies.
1 and ½ Day Trips
o All cancellations must be maid via email or phone 24 hours before departure date.
o $50 cancellation fee per person for any cancelled trip less than 24 hours from departure date
Rentals & Shuttles
o All cancellations must be maid via email or phone 24 hours before departure date.
o $50 cancellation fee for any cancelled trip less than 24 hours from departure date.
