Quality whitewater rafting trips are available throughout the summer on our local rivers located a short distance from Ouray, Telluride, Montrose & Silverton. Spring run-off from high in the Colorado Rockies brings our rivers alive with excitement throughout each summer providing rafters a chance to discover picturesque canyons, lush riparian banks, abundant wildlife and fun/challenging class II - IV rapids. Chose from ½ Day Family Trips to Multi-Day River Adventures on exhilarating whitewater ranging from wild to mild - serious wet and wild fun for the whole family! Both paddle or oar raft options are available to our guests on the several sections of the Gunnison and Uncompahgre Rivers. Most ages and ability levels welcome. RIGS Fly Shop & Guide Service General Policies
All transactions will be conducted in US Dollars. Tours offered on this website require a deposit by credit card at time of booking. Payment of trip will be billed in full prior to trip departure. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due 48 hrs prior to trip departure. (Note balances for Gunnison River trips only are due 60 days prior to trip departure.) A credit card is required to secure a reservation. You will receive a reservation confirmation via e-mail. If we are unable to obtain authorization on your credit card and cannot reach you, your reservation will be considered incomplete. It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the proper location/departure point 15 minutes prior to the time as stated on your confirmation form; (45 minutes for overnight trips.) Our guided activities may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. Guide gratuity is not included. |

Cancellation/Reservation Policies |

In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of your trip departure 100% of the balance will be charged and is considered non-refundable, (60 days out for Gunnison River trips.) * The cancellation of any reservation up to 48 hours will forfeit a standard cancellation penalty of: $15 per-person. (*Cancellation of any Gunnison River trip outside of the 60 days will forfeit a per-person cancellation penalty of: $150 per-person.)
RIGS is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of tours due to weather condition, road hazards, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the tour to take place as scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to circumstances beyond our control. Clients will have the option to reschedule during the current season based on trip availability. |
