Wildwater Ltd. Rafting General Policies
Payment for reservations is due prior to the trip.
For reservations made prior to February 1st a deposit of $100 will hold the reservation. On February 1st the full deposit for groups is due or the full payment for non-groups is due.
For groups of 12 or more with reservations one month away or more a deposit ($10 per person 1/2 day trips, $20 per person full day trips, $50 per person for packages) is due within seven days of making the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the trip.
For non groups full payment is due within seven days of making the reservation.
For reservations less than a month away and greater than two weeks away, full payment is due within seven days of making the reservation.
For reservations less than two weeks away, payment in full is due now by credit card or overnight mailed check.

Cancellation/Reservation Policies |
|
Reservations should be made in advance and require payment in advance by credit card, check, cash or Money Order.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled at least fourteen (14) days in advance will receive a full refund, less $10.00 reservation fee.
Reservations cancelled at least seven (7) days in advance will receive a refund of money paid less a cancellation fee equal to $10 per person for half-day trips and $20 per person for full day trips.
Reservations cancelled less than seven (7) days in advance are ineligible for refund.
For any consideration of a refund, reservations should be cancelled in advance.
Requests for date transfer are treated like cancellations and may entail a loss of deposit.
MC/VISA Payment: Reservations must be cancelled by the close of the next business day after credit card is given to receive full credit less one $10 fee if canceling the entire reservation.
NO SHOWS on day of the trip will receive no refund.
An exception to cancellations policies request form may be filled out for requests for refund due to special circumstances.
Wildwater Lodging:
Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance of your stay will receive a full refund except one $10 fee.
Reservations cancelled the day before will receive a voucher (rain check) for a future stay.
Reservations cancelled the day of your stay will receive no refund, but may fill out a "Request for an Exception" form.
